MayaCash Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and MayaCash ("MayaCash," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the MayaCash online gaming platform, accessible at mayacash.app and through the MayaCash mobile application ("Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the MayaCash Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

MayaCash reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the MayaCash Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law governing casino-style online gaming. MayaCash strictly enforces this age restriction and will request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by MayaCash or any applicable regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of MayaCash, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

MayaCash reserves the right to request documentary verification of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one (1) MayaCash account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. MayaCash is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify MayaCash support immediately.

MayaCash reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the registration information is false, misleading, or incomplete.

MayaCash accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in your account dashboard.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. MayaCash reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account held in the Player's name and to suspend the associated MayaCash account pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Processing time: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the originating bank.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• Deposit limits: Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings.

MayaCash does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. MayaCash is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Players may request withdrawal of available funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified, including identity verification (KYC) and payment method verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. MayaCash does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Processing time: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day.

MayaCash reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, MayaCash may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation. MayaCash will notify the Player of any such delay where it is lawful to do so.

MayaCash is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

MayaCash may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all MayaCash promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. MayaCash reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• MayaCash reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the MayaCash Platform — including Monster Mine, Fruit Shop, Wheel, Live, Pearls of Bingo, and Jackpot Fishing — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by MayaCash, its employees, or any third party.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for each game represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session or bet. Past results do not influence future outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, MayaCash will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet amount will be returned to the Player's account. MayaCash's decision in such matters is final.

Players are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the specific rules of each game. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MayaCash Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or any game.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing MayaCash staff or other Players.

MayaCash reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements or verification requests.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to any outstanding investigations. MayaCash is not obligated to return funds where the account was closed due to a breach of these Terms.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting MayaCash support via live chat.

All content on the MayaCash Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and visual elements — is the exclusive property of MayaCash or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of MayaCash.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MayaCash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

MayaCash's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

MayaCash does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

MayaCash collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

MayaCash implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from MayaCash's operational funds.

MayaCash reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, MayaCash will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the MayaCash Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

MayaCash operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

Before initiating any formal dispute, Players are encouraged to contact MayaCash support via live chat to seek an informal resolution. MayaCash will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
